Ms. Onley joined Landsman Law Group in July of 2021.

 

Before joining Landsman Law Group, she worked and retired from IBM after 35 years of services with the company holding positions in Federal Software Sales, Information Development and Human Resources, she served as the EO Coordinator for IBM Bethesda.

 

After retiring from IBM, she was elected Councilmember in the City of Rockville and served for 6 years. Ms. Onley is a strong advocate for housing affordability for low to moderate income residents and senior citizens on fixed income. She is also an advocate for elected officials Statewide, in Montgomery County and in the City of Rockville.

 

Ms. Onley is a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church Rockville where she serves on the Parish Council, she is also a member and serves on the National Council of Negro Women’s Legislative Committee.
