After graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Mr. Biggin was the Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul A. McGuckian, Sixth Judicial Circuit, Maryland, from August 2002 until December, 2003. He was a partner at Krame and Biggin from 2015-2019. He practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianship, elder law, and special needs trust planning and administration.

Mr. Biggin’s practice has a large focus on planning for persons with disabilities of all types. He has drafted dozens of special needs trusts, and has served as a fiduciary of many special needs trusts, guardianships, and other trusts, in Maryland and Washington, DC.

Mr. Biggin is a member of the Special Needs Alliance, an invitation-only national non-profit organization committed to helping individuals with disabilities.
​
Mr. Biggin is involved in pro-bono and community service. He has been a volunteer and speaker/educator of other volunteer attorneys for the Wills for Heroes Foundation through the Maryland Bar, which provides basic estate planning documents to first responders and their families. He is a former Chair of the Board of Trustees at St. John’s Episcopal School, in Olney, MD.
